Anselmo Ramon is not very tall but sturdy forward with good technique. He has good spatial awareness, which allows him to have many goal-scoring chances during the game. The striker is able to find space near opposition goal finishing low crosses at the far post or receiving the ball after through passes. Composure in the final phase is the vital part of his performance. Anselmo is also able to play deeper offering himself for passes between the lines. He stands firmly on the ground in physical challenges and he is able to control the ball under pressure. He easily turns around with the ball, avoid marking and raises his head to find passing options. During positional attacks the forward usually makes a short pass to his teammate and immediately runs into the box opening for a one-two.
